When you submit the estimate form, your request is saved privately and sent to our team by email. You receive confirmation here on the website; you do not need to open an email app.
Information for your estimate
We ask for your name, contact details, city or ZIP code, service needed, preferred timeframe, and a description of the work. A street address is not needed to start the conversation. Share only information relevant to your tree work.
We use your inquiry to respond, confirm your location, discuss the work, and arrange an estimate. Contacting us does not book an appointment or sign you up for marketing.
Where messages are handled
Website estimate requests are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to our business contact’s Gmail inbox. FormSubmit retains a submission archive for 30 days. Email sent directly to our business address is forwarded through Squarespace to the same inbox. Facebook messages are handled through Meta’s service. These providers process your information to deliver your inquiry; messages are not displayed publicly on this website.
How long we keep your request
Successful estimate records are removed from website storage after 90 days during routine form processing. Requests awaiting email delivery are kept until they can be resolved. Copies in our email inbox may be kept for responding to your inquiry and documenting agreed work.
Website hosting and cookies
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to deliver and protect the site.
We do not add advertising trackers, marketing cookies, or analytics to the website. Fonts and work images are served with the site. Facebook and your email provider are separate services with their own privacy practices.
